No. HarukaBase specializes in housing consultation. We do not handle the actual property search or contract procedures. We can, however, introduce you to our experienced partners upon request.
When does the consultation fee apply?
The initial consultation (for area selection, property type advice, etc.) is free. A fee is charged when you use our paid plan for specific property searching support. Please contact us for details.
Is there an extra cost for using a partner agency?
Yes. If a partner agency handles the property search and contract on your behalf, a separate support fee will be charged (typically one month's rent + tax). This is separate from HarukaBase's consultation fee, but we do not charge any additional referral fees.

Can I use your services from outside Japan?
