Delays & Cancellations

What happens if your flight is delayed or your plans change.

Flight delay adjustment

If your flight is delayed, we adjust to your new arrival time where possible. For typical delays, there are no extra charges such as driver waiting fees or parking.

Overnight delays

If a long delay pushes your arrival past midnight, the booking is treated as cancelled and the taxi fare is fully refunded. (The support fee is non-refundable.)

Cancellation policy

If the pickup cannot be provided for reasons other than your own, the taxi fare is fully refunded.
