We issue one invoice that separates our support fee from actual costs. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
We pay providers for you
Actual costs are shown on your invoice, then HarukaBase sends the required payments to each provider.
Delays, cancellations & fees.
Flight delay adjustment.
If your flight is delayed, we adjust to your new arrival time where possible. For typical delays there are no extra charges such as driver waiting fees or parking.
Overnight delays.
If a long delay pushes arrival past midnight, the booking is treated as cancelled and the taxi fare is fully refunded. (The support fee is non-refundable.)
Cancellation policy.
If the pickup cannot be provided for reasons other than your own, the taxi fare is fully refunded.
Last-minute booking: within 7 days of arrival + ¥1,000 · within 3 days + ¥2,000
Why a support fee? It covers taxi booking, advance coordination to avoid extra costs (waiting, parking, tolls), real-time support on the day, English communication, and help if something goes wrong.
