Can I use just one service?
Yes. Airport pickup, housing support, and short-term school application support can be requested separately. Keep the arrangements you have already made.
What is included in the displayed price?
The displayed amount is the HarukaBase support fee. Taxi fare, rent, deposits, school tuition, and other provider costs are separate. You receive a clear breakdown before payment. See all fees.
Do you offer support in English?
Yes. Support is available in English and Japanese. We help communicate with local drivers, housing providers, and schools where needed.
How early should I ask about housing?
A useful starting point is about one to two months before move-in. Timing depends on the provider, and most housing options have a one-month minimum charge.
Can you help with a late-night flight?
We check options based on the airport, time, destination, and availability. Bookings from 22:00 to 05:59 have an additional JPY 3,000 provider charge. See the airport pickup page for other costs.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review your needs and explain the available options, support fees, and separate actual costs. Arrangements proceed after confirmation and payment. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
