HarukaBase can combine approved support fees and actual provider costs into one payment. After payment is confirmed, we send the necessary payments to providers on your behalf.

Is this the final total for my stay?

No. These are support fees. Your actual taxi, housing, school, and other provider costs are added to the itemized estimate after we check your request.

How do payments work?

Payment is generally by bank transfer. The existing payment guide explains Wise and international bank transfers. Credit card payments are currently not accepted.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation and refunds depend on the service, work already performed, and each provider’s policy. Please read the current cancellation and refund policies before confirming.
