Secure payment information for your HarukaBase invoice.
This page explains how to pay a HarukaBase invoice from overseas. Please pay only after you have received an itemized invoice from us and confirmed that the invoice amount, service details, and payment details match this page.
Payment by Wise Bank Transfer
To keep the transfer fees as low as possible, we recommend using Wise for your international bank transfer.
Wise is usually much cheaper than a regular international bank transfer through a bank, especially because the exchange rate is often better and the fees are shown clearly before you send the money.
If you do not have a Wise account yet, you can create one online and send the payment directly to our Japanese bank account. Once your Wise account is set up, the payment process is quite simple.
We would appreciate it if you could make the payment via Wise, as this is usually the most cost-effective option for international transfers.

Payment by Regular International Bank Transfer / SWIFT
If you prefer not to use Wise, you can also make the payment by regular international bank transfer or SWIFT transfer.
Please note that regular international bank transfers may involve additional fees from the sending bank, intermediary bank, and receiving bank. The exchange rate may also be less favorable than Wise.
When making the transfer, please make sure that the full invoice amount is sent. Any bank charges or transfer fees should be covered by the sender.
