BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few practical questions.
Is HarukaBase a registered corporation?
HarukaBase is a service brand operated by Motoyuki Goto as a sole proprietor under the business name Misty Wood. The business is based in Kyoto, Japan. You can review our operator details before discussing a partnership.
What length of stay is your housing support for?
Our main housing arrangement service is for stays of 1 month or longer. Tell us the intended move-in date, length of stay, location, and housing budget. We confirm suitable options and availability with the relevant providers before agreeing on the arrangements.
Can we start with just one client?
Yes, you are welcome to propose a small first case. We review the requested services and availability before agreeing to proceed. This gives both sides a practical way to evaluate the working relationship.
What languages can you support?
Our main working languages are English and Japanese. We do not currently have a Russian-speaking staff member. Translation tools may help with initial written communication in other languages; please tell us your language needs so we can confirm what is workable.
What about employment placement or travel arrangements?
These are separate from our core airport pickup and long-stay housing services. If your proposal includes them, we first need to review the appropriate specialist provider, responsibilities, and requirements. HarukaBase does not directly provide job placement, and no employment or visa outcome is promised. Any regulated work would need to be handled by an appropriately authorized provider.
How can we check whether the partnership is a good fit?
Start with our operator information and service pages. Tell us what business information or documentation your company needs before working together. We will explain what we can provide and review your requirements before either side commits.
Does sending a proposal confirm a partnership or booking?
No. A proposal begins a conversation. Scope, fees, availability, responsibilities, and any applicable terms need to be agreed before work or bookings begin.
