The travel agency’s role

The registered travel agency prepares its travel proposal and handles reservations, the travel contract, payment, and cancellation conditions directly with you.

HarukaBase’s JPY 20,000 fee is for plan-request preparation and communication support. Hotels, transport, tours, tickets, and agency charges are separate.
